As a UX researcher, my focus is on understanding the needs and behaviors of users through a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. My goal is to gather data and identify areas for improvement in order to come up with solutions for more intuitive and effective products. My background in Communication and New Media, Art Business, and my current pursuit of a master's degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University have given me a strong foundation in user-centered research and the ability to think critically about user experience. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the art and culture of my city, and traveling to new destinations.
